POLICIES OF ACCOMMODATION
At Golden Thassos, we want to ensure that your vacation experience in our exquisite villas is nothing short of exceptional. The policies we've put in place are designed with your comfort, security and enjoyment in mind.
Seasonal rates

Each of the properties has a different seasonal rent price.
Security deposit

Upon arrival there is a mandatory security deposit in place, which is 150€. After check-out and inspection of the property the deposit will be return to the guest if no damages have been observed.
Reservation deposit

To secure your reservation 30% from the final price (excluding the security deposit) of your stay should be paid in advance.
Insurance

The tenant must have personal insurance, this is recommended, as the property is private and the owners do not take responsibility for loss, illness or damage to either the tenants or their property during the holiday.
Cancellations

Cancellations can be made no later than 45 days before check-in.
